A map file defines the spectra which are grouped together to form different workspaces, they can be used to populate IXTmask objects.



total_no_of_workspaces

number_of_first_workspace no_of_spectra_in_first_workspace first_spectrum_in_first_workspace second_spectrum_in_first_workspace ... last_spectrum_in_first_workspace

number_of_second_workspace no_of_spectra_in_second_workspace first_spectrum_in_second_workspace second_spectrum_in_second_workspace ... last_spectrum_in_second_workspace
